Hi, I’m Phil Rice. I help people develop personal wholeness [body, mind, and spirit] through yoga.

We are complex beings with complex needs. We are a balance of body, mind, and spirit. As we care for each element of ourselves, we further develop the ability to grow in the others. The Yoga asana practice is an incredible tool in which we are further able to understand our own personal wholistic balance. I’m not an expert on all this stuff, I’m just a human joining the discussion with other humans, personally wrestling through the process.
